Terms & Conditions – Sales & Warranty

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of plywood, blockboards, flush doors, veneers, and related products by Treeboply. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms in full.

2. Product Specifications

All products are manufactured as per standard industry practices. Minor variations in color, grain, thickness, and finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood and manufacturing tolerances.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (typically 30%).
• Balance payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Taxes, transportation, and handling charges are additional unless specified.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled or modified without prior approval.

• Products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on availability and logistics.
• Treeboply is not liable for delays caused by transporters, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are dispatched.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

• Buyers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.
• Any visible damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours.
• Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7. Usage Guidelines

• Products must be used for intended applications and installed following recommended practices.
• Improper handling, storage, or installation may affect performance and void warranty.

8. Warranty Coverage

Treeboply provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

• Bonding failure
• Delamination under normal usage conditions

9. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to water exposure beyond specified grade (MR/BWR/BWP)
• Termite or borer attack due to external factors
• Improper storage, installation, or usage
• Normal wear and tear
• Surface damages such as scratches, dents, or finish issues after installation
